I acquired married a four years ago to some guy who makes very poor financial choices, and also, since then my credit rating has dropped. I had been not able to operate 3 of individuals years because of extenuating conditions. My situation has lately transformed, and I have to seek full-time employment immediately. I am afraid of getting my credit checked by a company. I am highly educated, and also have a great work ethic, but I am concerned that my time off work from work coupled with an undesirable credit rating will negate my abilities and skill within the eyes of the employer. What are the companies available which i should affect that do not perform a credit assessment? I can not afford to dedicate yourself under $60K annually since i have 2 youthful children.

A few years ago, my girlfriend’s boy made the decision he just needed to purchase a motorcycle. He went looking for financing, but due to his poor credit rating, and well-known habits of not having to pay his bills, nobody will give him anything with no co-signer. I begged her to not sign for him, but she for whatever reason made it happen anyways.

Well, he’s wound up having a free motorcycle now, and she or he states there is nothing she will do. The bike is nearly compensated off now, and her son’s using our bikes for spares when we are not around. I believe we have to sell this bike, to a minimum of get a few of the money which was compensated in. Is this done legally? He’s only made a couple of obligations.

We reside in Indiana, if condition laws and regulations come up.

I lately bought a brand new vehicle having a co-signer and that i pay a lot more than my payment per month. But my credit rating continues to be within the 400’s and it is been at least a year since i have compensated everything off. Can there be every other method to improve my credit rating?

I have a poor credit score from when I was younger and very stupid with my credit cards, I’m in the process of rebuilding it by settling the old acounts, and using new credit cards alot better. I have a student loan for about $6000 that is currently defered because I’m back in school. Is this helping or hurting my credit? Is it better to start paying it or leave it alone?

I have pretty poor credit – my score is probably in the mid-400’s – I need to buy a new car and have no money. Is there any chance a place like Carmax or any dealer would finance me? If not me alone, what about with a co-signer?

When I apply for loans and tell the creditors what my credit score is they still run my credit. All the reports I read talk about the imporatnce of knowing your credit score and that’s fine. But what’s the importance of knowing my score when the creditors run it anyway? Also, how do we know that the rates that we qualify for are true based on ourcredit score? Is there a chart tat we can put our credit score up against and it tells us what rates we qualify for?

I understand that credit score isn’t necessarily based on income but here’s my situation. I have about 16,000 in revolving debt with a 600 credit score. My yearly income has recently increased 10 fold which obviously improves my debt to income ratio. How long after this increase should I see improvements in my credit score and by how much. Also what triggers the credit bureaus that this increase in income has occurred?
