    The Race Relations Act 1976 states that it is unlawful for an employer to treat or fail to prevent the treatment of workers less favourably because of their colour, race, nationality or ethnic or national origins.

    As an owner of the business I must make sure I meet all of these requirements listed above. I should also remember that part-time workers must also be given same rights and contortions as full-time workers.
    The meet The Disability Discrimination Act my business must offer toilets for disabled people, menu in “Brail language” for the benefit of the blind people and each service provided by my business must be equally available for disable people.”

    What’s the starting place for filing for disability?
    51 yr old male, injured in auto accident almost 2 yrs ago, I’ve had scoliosis since birth and fell from 7 feet and injured back about 14 yrs ago…all of this documented.
    Currently unemployable and been unemployed for about 2 yrs due to car accident.

    Awaiting a Insurance settlement now for the auto accident…can I use my current Attorney or should I seek a Specialist in that field?
    My current Attorney says if I were to file for Disability before settlement it would be a huge Game Changer as far the settlement amount!

    He was in a tractor accident as a teen and crushed his hips, requiring large titanium screws to put his hips back in place. He was also wheelchair bound for several months. As an adult, he has always held a job in either pipelining or another form of laborer job. However, with age has come worsening joint pains as well as hindered movement in his hips. Because the accident didnt happen on a job site, what type of benefits is he eligible for? Permanent partial? We don’t really know much about it, other than we know we need help. Thanks.

    I was notdriving I was in the passenger seat. My stupid cousin was drivin too fast and she hit gravel then the car spun out. Then rolled over a bunch of times then finally hit a cement embankment. Now everyone kept on sayin that I couldn’t go and sew my uncle he’s family it wouldn’t be right. So durin all that i acquired over $500,000 in medical bills and instead of my uncle doing the right thing and just forking some money over he went out and bought a $50.000 car. Never once gave up anything nor offered anything. Not even an apology for his stupid daughters mistake. so when I get out the hospital everyone is still in my ear about not sewing so the insurance company sent me a settlement and me not even being anywhere in the right mind and getting all this input from everyone else accept an lawyer signed it. I have 10 pins and 2 steal rods in my back I cant walk. My life is changed forever. even though i signed the settlement is there anything I can do to get these bills taken care of

    I had a car accident and my hospital bills was over 120grand. My car had full coverage thru ALLSTATE. And Allstate told me that are not paying any of the bills above. What is there that I can or should do from there.
