among the finest to see the written text area of the article, but Yahoo instantly begins playing a relevant video, and often whether it’s an advert, it does not even permit you to pause.

And i’d rather not need to click on the pause button each time i load a finance news article. It is extremely annoying and wastes unnecessary bandwidth.

folks at the top play by a different set of rules.” How does this makes sense?

Obama said that by bailing them out, they saved a million jobs and that Romney wanted to let them go bankrupt. Well, wouldn’t letting them go bankrupt mean that they would have to play by the same set of rules as every other business, big or small? And didn’t the bailouts make sure that the folks at the top of the auto industry didn’t have to play by the rules of the free market?

    It’s for history…I’m in 8th grade.

The school did have the legal right to control a student newspaper published because although the 1st amendment states that congress can’t make a law permitting the freedom of the press, the rights of the students in public schools are not automatically the same as adults in other settings. The arguments for the student reporters claim that school officials shouldn’t be permitted to censor school-financed newspapers simply because they didn’t agree with the paper’s viewpoint. However, what if a student tried to submit an article claiming that doing drugs is fun? If the principal doesn’t agree with this viewpoint, should they still have the right to publish it? Of course not! Students need to respect that some things, such as teen pregnancy and personal family issues, very sensitive topics and shouldn’t be published for the whole world to see. The principal was simply trying to protect the privacy of some families included in one of the articles and prevent teen pregnancy from being presented in a positive light. It was all for the wellbeing of the school and the principal felt the articles were inappropriate. Under the constitution, he was allowed to remove the articles from the newspaper.
Another reason why I think the school district had the right to control East Hazelwood High school’s newspaper is because the school was providing all of the logistics necessary such as materials, printing, distribution, and all expenses were paid by the school. The content was part of the class curriculum and students wrote articles for academic credit in a journalism course. Therefore, the school is ultimately responsible for the content and they have the right to control it. If the students wrote the newspaper independently outside of school and paid for it, they would have the right to obtain/publish elsewhere it. This is guaranteed in the constitution. However, when they’re in school, restrictions still apply to the press.

I’m reading the book “the Shining” by Stephen King. I looooved the move and now I’m loving the book! I saw the original Stanley Kubrick (genius) film, not the 1997 mini series. All the adults I’ve talked to are surprised I understood and enjoyed it. Is it just me? Or do other teens enjoy it too? If so what were your favorite parts and characters? Did you think the actress who played Wendy was bad, or good? I thought she was pretty, but everyone thinks she’s ugly! What are some other good Stephen King or horror books you read and liked?

It was hilarious how Obama exposed Romney’s corruption and how his his plans will not work to save the economy. Well I gotta get ready for work. I would like to be an accountant or work in some kind of banking for example a bank manager. My school doesn’t offer much to do with Business. I would like you to tell which ones out of the following I should take and what grade should I be pushing myself to get. I have to choose a humanity as well as a language. Here are my options:

-Geography or History ( I get the same grade usually in both of them so should I take both?)

    -French, German or Spanish

And then I get to choose two of the following of my own:

    – Triple science
    – The remaining humanity (That would mean that if I took Geography the remaining humanity would be History. Or vice vicer. I am allowed to take both history and geography.) *
    – The remaining language (so if I choose spanish the remaining languages would be German and French.) I can only take a maximum of 2 languages.)
    – food technology *
    – textiles
    – resistant materials
    – electronics
    – Product design
    – Graphic design
    – level 2 BTEC engineering
    – GCSE or BTEC Art *
    – music
    – BTEC health and social care
    – Dance
    – Child development
    – Human physiology *
    – drama
    – astronomy *
If it has a star next to it – I enjoy it and I am interested in it.

I have to do the following:

    – English
    – English literature
    – Maths
    – Core science – I get two gcses so triple science is an extra one.
    – ICT
    – PE (GCSE or BTEC)
    – Social ethics

Remember I want to be some kind of accountant or work in banking or finance. I can’t decide what to choose so instead of you saying it’s up to me please give me your recommendations as to which subjects I should choose. Ten points couldn’t be easier!! I live in the UK.

Please answer my brother’s question which is on my other questions as he doesn’t know what to choose for a level.

If you’ve answered this particular question before don’t answer again as I am trying to hear from a load of different people.

I’m currently trying to decide how far I would need to go in my degrees to become an administrator in a public school system. Is the Ed.S worth it to get into administration? Just stick with a masters? Get the Ed.S in educational leadership? Or just go all the way and get an EdD. in educational leadership? I’m merely an undergrad right now, but my plan is to get an MBA in Leadership & Organizational Management, then get my M.Ed in educational leadership in hopes of one day becoming a superintendent. Is this a good idea?

I recently applied (with co-signer) for an auto loan through Capital One. A few days later I had received an e-mail stating that I was approved for a loan amount up to 15,000 dollars. I know all about the vehicle stipulations and the LTV and participating dealership restrictions, etc. My question is about the actual loan packet itself.

The e-mail read that I will receive the loan packet in 3-5 business days. I have not yet received it and am curious as to the contents of the package. Additionally, are there any other steps I will have to take to procure the loan (ie sending pay-stub or drivers license, etc) or can I just start shopping once I receive the ‘blank check’?

Lastly, am I fully approved for the loan or am I just at a ‘pre-approval’ stage right now? I logged on to the website and it doesn’t specify any required documents from myself or my co-signer. It just says that the dealership which I decide to use will have to send over various documents and a text reads, “What’s Next:
You are good to shop! Please ensure you chose from the many franchised dealers listed on our Dealer Locator, and point out the Dealer Instructions page in your Check Package when completing your purchase. ”

This is the text of the e-mail I had received a few days ago.
“Congratulations! We’ve approved your Capital One Auto Finance loan application based on the information you provided. For your convenience you can view the terms and requirements of your loan offer any time by logging into Your Account. You can also view any documentation that may be required to activate your check.

Your no obligation Blank Check® loan package should arrive in 3-5 business days, unless you selected FedEx Overnight delivery during the application process. If you selected FedEx delivery, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.

    What’s next?

    1.
    Fax required documents
    Log in to Your
    Account or review
    check package

    2.
    Find a select dealership
    Visit the online dealer
    locator

    3.
    Verify shopping guidelines
    Make sure your
    car meets the
    requirements below

Please remember the requirements listed below when shopping for your vehicle to ensure there are no delays in completing your purchase.

The amount you may write your Blank Check for will be limited based on the value of the vehicle. See your check package for loan-to-value restrictions.
The vehicle you finance may be up to 7 years old with up to 70,000 miles.
The vehicle must be purchased from a Select Franchised Dealer from our dealer locator.

Please fax in any required documentation prior to using your check to ensure there is no delay in processing your loan. We will email you within 1 hour to confirm we’ve received your fax. After required documents have been reviewed, you will receive another email letting you know that you are good to shop with your Blank Check!

Thank you for choosing Capital One Auto Finance. We look forward to serving you!”

I apologize for the length of this question….Just a bit confused to this whole process. It seems too easy in a sense. My credit is ‘meh’ about 630…not good but not terribly in the toilet. I don’t have any true bills outside of massive amount of school loan debt and 2 small medical bills…I paid off my credit cards last year and all that jazz. I just need to get a newer vehicle as I drive an old Lincoln and it is really starting to get up there now in mileage and maintenance. As I said, I do have a co-signer who has a little better credit than I do (not stellar, but better) and earns more money than I currently do, so does this play a significant role as well?

    Thank you in advance.

We all know- excuse me, the educated ones know, that to stimulate an economy you need to reduce taxes and allow companies to reinvest in themselves, which creates more jobs, and further creates more taxes… which is Romney’s plan

However, I hate working and I want to get hand outs from rich people and raise taxes on those who work for their money so I can get free stuff and be lazy…. which is Obama’s plan

Now, should I vote for what is best for the country or should I vote for what is easier for me?

    Help!

I want to put together educational videos about finance and economics to help young people. Right now I want to just do it for fun. But eventually I might want to sell the videos as well.

What is a free presentation software similar to PowerPoint that I can use to create an educational presentation and then sell the presentation without being sued?
