    This is actually the situation.

I’ve got a balloon balance of $7500 for any 2003 Toyota Matrix, that we use to have an overnight part-time job. The vehicle is within top condition however it already has 100,000 miles, I am unable to spend the money for whole balance inside a lump sum payment. I’m going to re-finance but this means that I’m going to pay for your vehicle not less than another two or three years. Somebody recommended me to lease a brand new vehicle since i have have excellent credit .Exactly what do you suggest I ought to do?

Okay, so we’ve been warned at our naval base about shady car dealerships. When I went to buy a car, this kid whom was in the navy referred me to this car dealership. I figured to myself “if this kid in the Navy is referring me here, and i fianance through my bank, everything should be good to go. At the time I currently had a car loan out for the car I was currently driving. (2000 mitsubishi eclipse). The thing is, that car had rust falling off of every bit of the frame and underbody of the car. I thought i’d spend more money getting everything replaced than buying a new one, so why not just trade it in? I went to this dealership, and they stacked the 2 loans ontop of one another, and my payoff was $14,990 for a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse spyder GT. My payments for the car are $315 a month. I was in the military and had a steady income and everything, but now I’m out. My fiance was going to take over the payments for me so it wouldn’t get repo’ed. The bank told him they couldn’t give him a loan (or a slim to none chance of him getting one) because the value of the car was worth less than the payoff.

Which i don’t understand how they could leave me with a $15000 payoff and he can’t even take out the loan for 11,000…which is what i owe on it.

I can’t afford the car with the job i have now. I don’t know what to do. I have so much other crap going on (fiance deploying to iraq, apartment burning down last month, trying to pay bills etc.) Im about to just fall apart.

Does anyone know anything I can do to prevent this from happening? i mean I know its not like I can call a loan officer and explain to him the situation and have him understand, but idk. Any help would be appreciated.

I have switched from a Chase Continental Mastercard to a Chase Freedom Mastercard. The rep told me I would get a new credit card but the accounts would be linked so my credit history won’t be wiped out as I am closing the old one. Is this true or will my credit history / account be wiped out and I will have to start all over again? The transfer is from one credit card to the other offered by the same bank. I would appreciate your response.

I applied for a credit card and I don’t have any credit history. If I get declined, will the credit inquiry show up on my (currently nonexistent) credit report if I get a credit card in the future? What if I get approved? Will the credit inquiry show up on my credit report when I start making payments? If credit inquiries don’t show up on nonexistent credit reports, the does that mean I can apply to as many credit cards as I want with no effect to my credit? (No, I’m not planning to do this but am just wondering.) If you have no credit history, do credit inquires cause a credit report to be created (with only the inquiry on there)? A lot of questions, but I’m trying to get specific answers. Thanks a lot in advance. 🙂 …And please, no “credit cards are going to doom you for life” answers. I know what I am getting myself into and am responsible enough to research, read the WHOLE terms & conditions, and plan for and have a way to pay for credit.
