I don’t have health or vision insurance, but would like to get Lasik, and would be willing to pay the full amount.

Do these places offer some form of insurance to cover potential problems with the operation, since I’m uninsured?

It’s hard to get health insurance if you have an existing problem. Is it also hard to get vision insurance like this?

I have never had vision insurance, but hope to get it soon. I am nearsighted in one eye and have astigmatism in the other, which are pretty common problems; but, even common problems make normal insurance difficult!

I have no vision insurance, but need an eye exam because I feel my vision becomes blurry recently. It maybe caused by the diabetes that I have for years. Can someone tell me how much an eye exam might cost? Thanks!

I use to have vision insurance, but now I don’t. I’m almost out of my contacts, so I called the eye doctor’s office and asked if they would order some more for me. The secretary said she wouldn’t order new ones until I had another exam. The contacts I wear now are working fine. I don’t have the money for an exam or vision insurance. Can I just order contacts online without having to go through any doctors?
