    I grew up in rural community.You got some kind of bug ! you went to the doctor,he gave you meds,You paid $ 20 and went back to work..If you had a family you put away so much for emegensy..pid the bill when it came..no massive tests mandated by a company ..simple it worked..We have simple doctors who do deal with companies on a limited basis..they also deal with patients on a cash basis..this is the way to do it..With a healthy life attitude.no junk food ,plenty of exercise
