Could it be legal for any dealer to make use of their existing vehicle loan as financing for any customer? EX. The client buys the dealer’s personal vehicle, just ongoing to really make the dealer’s payment. Can the dealership refer to this as financing???? Is that this legal? The dealership owes more about the vehicle, compared to customer owes the dealership. Legal problem? Should not some form of documents be engaged apart from the client using towards the dealer for financing? The financing is thru a bank.

Why hasn’t anybody given this guy any media attention? Even on the internet, he is little known. This is puzzling, because his podcasts and websites provide the most in depth analysis of history, politics, finance, and all aspects of social sciences, specifically on philosophical issues.

He was a millionaire sales representative for various large corporations who was blacklisted for speaking out against these protections rackets and the involvement of various well known corporations in the engineering of the 911 attacks. He backs up all his claims with hard evidence, and even took one of these companies to court representing himself against the most ruthless law firm in New York, Skadden Arps, winning the case. He’s turned into a political activist, and runs a website called tragedyandhope.com and a podcast called 911 synchronicity .

He’s the only person that worked on Wall St. who’s blown the whistle on the mass protection rackets and accounting frauds that essentially characterize the everyday workings of large corporations such as AIG, Marsh and Maclellan, and various other corporations, and how they are used by the intelligence community and various individuals to launder money and provide cover for illicit drug sales, weapon transactions, and black operations, acting almost as vehicles of the american military industrial complex.

Many people on the internet talk about this activity, but none provide an account so detailed and specific.
His podcast are the most intellectually sound that I have ever heard, and he speaks like a man with extensive education.
After listening to his first speech on youtube, I was shocked that I had only heard of him now, in 2012. Even if you are a skeptic, I suggest listening to this speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4oznwOOM_0.

It requires the listeners full attention due to the complexity of his topics, and frankly, the man has a vocabulary like a dictionary. After listening, it’s very hard not to assess him as anything other than genuine.

I also saw this video on youtube of him at a party explaining to a crowd of eager listeners his story. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziQG6LPHUJg

He made a film on youtube about the state of the american education system, and why we are so easily deceived by our government and media institutions. It’s professionally produced, and one the best documentaries I have ever seen. It`s called “What you`ve been the missing, the Noble Lie”

It would seem we have reached an impass-Patrick

If you turn on your television, you will likely notice the omnious headlines of the latest local shooting, who did what, who’s stockpiling, who’s fighting in the middle east, and who’s generally gone batshit insane.

Unfortunately, we’ve been desensitized to how tragic events like these really are, but in reality, it really doesn’t phase us like it used too.

After a while, we, as a nation, have come to really fear the idea of guns (i prefer to call them firearms), or anything else that’s generally dangerous. We recieve a very negative connotation when the word “gun” is spoken.

In 1994, we had the assault weapons ban. It blacklisted many firearms that didn’t have any particular “sporting” purpose. This lasted till 04, and wasn’t renewed. With all the latest violence, people (and more importantly, politicians) have started to raise questions about what kind laws are needed to protect the American people.

There’s talk of having to register your semi-auto firearm (or face imprisonment), and/or an all out ban of every semi-auto alltogether. The main reason for this is preventing mentally unstable/young people getting hold of these sort of things and terrorizing the public.

In my opinion, this gets us nowhere. You see, only we, the law abiding citizens would surrender (although hastily) our firearms. This would solve nothing, but make some of us criminals (by not registering) and/or leaving the actual good people who might need them unarmed.

I believe I have the answer.

I think you should register firearm owners themselves. Before you turn against, hear my plan:
We license everything from driving a car to cutting hair:
The registration would be good for 5 years, applicable to those 18 and up. All that’s needed to register is a physical/mental evaluation, (cost being roughly 100 dollars) Being deemed mentally competent to own a firearm, there should be no more further infringement on that person. No rifle/pistol/shotgun registry. No more banning of imported firearms (dropping the price tremendously) All the government knows is who is a gun owner and who is not (and the gun owners are obviously cleared as competent). No taxes on firearms or ammuntion (already covered with registration). Said cleared gun owner should be able to own non-sporting rifles, with a select fire capability (this being the only exception, select-fire should be registered with the government). SBR and SBS would be made without a tax, without registration. Purchases of firearms by non-registered people would be a felony.
Open carry/CCW is also a right under the gun owner license.

I believe this would prohibit any mentally incompetent/unstable people from owning a firearm, while letting those who are to actually have the recreational aspect that’s typically infringed upon because of the public shootings (by the unstable),

The type of firearms we allow for sale would not be stunted. I believe the actual “assault” weapons defined on future ban lists are rarely (if ever) used in public shootings.

Not to be stereo-typical, but typically we just see people with sporting firearms (.22 pistols, hunting rifles) used, and not AKM’s/AR’s. So why do we attack the wrong people by taking those away? And is really worth taking the rights of the actual thousands of people who legally own those just because of one bad egg (not that they actually surface).

Hollywood’s 1997 bank robbery was one rare exception.

What about mag capacity? Hi capacity mags (10+ rounds?)

I believe (just like with the ammunition and firearms) we only sell them to the registered gun owners. Think of it as a country club, being in has its perks.

Alot will oppose my arguments (paranoia and fear reguarding what big brother actually needs to know), but I feel I, as a law abiding citizen of this country, have nothing to fear, because I always keep within legal rammifications. This would mean me and my government would be on great terms, the guns stay out of the hands that aren’t qualified, and the actual registered gun owners get the perks involved with being registered (no tax on firearm related items, firearm prices plummeting).

Let me know what you think. FYI, there’s no right answer. You can call me a leftist socialist (I would disagree) as long as you explain yourself. Put some thought into this.
    Its not communism.

With the current setup, literally ANYBODY who looks over 18 can get their hands on a gun. Im saying we tighten who is allowed (its really not tight, you just can’t be homicidal/suicidal/depressed, and no, these people don’t need a gun to defend their homes, they need to be in an institution). All you have to be is a clear, normal thinking person with no criminal history. This permits you to own whatever you want at a discounted rate using current pricing standards.

I work for a domestic law attorney. We cannot afford to send every client with an unpaid balance to our collection attorney. We would like to at least report the ones we don’t sue for fees to the credit bureaus. Other businesses extending credit on any level should know that those people don’t honor their debt…even with a contract!

I have received mail from a debt collection company. They responded to my request to validate the debt. I pulled my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and did not find any entries for collections against me.

Can the collection agency still file a report to the credit bureaus after I paid them the debt?

I have been making payments on my car for over a year now, and I only recently discovered that my payments were not being reported to the Credit Bureau. I have a great payment history, and I financed the car through a Buy-Here-Pay-Here place in Oklahoma. It’s very frustrating because I will be needing to take out more in student loans when I transfer to a University, and for when I try to buy a house. I only financed on the car because I thought it would build my credit. I heard there was a letter that I can fill out and send in with my payment history to help my credit. Any information on how to go about getting my payment history go towards my credit would be fantastic, thanks!

The lease was from September of 05 but broken in March of 06 because i had to move back to CA for my job. All money due was paid upon move out with all of the security deposit. I haven’t heard anything from this complex in almost 4 years. They just now reported to the credit bureaus as of July 09 that i owe them over $400, when i never received any notice of owing them anything.
Is there a time limit in Arizona that a creditor has to report to the credit bureaus?

I recently got a Household Bank credit card in order to help build up my credit score. I have only used the card for small purchases and have paid off the balances for 2 months (the amount of time I’ve had the card) but no payments have shown up on my credit report as of yet. I was under the impression that Household Bank reported to the credit bureaus every month. Does anyone know when the payments might show up?

I funded a private mortgage loan for two individuals. Can I report this loan to the credit bureaus so it will be included in their credit score?

I am renting from a private landlord (i.e. not a realty company). I am a good tenant, pay my rent on time etc. Is there a way that private landlords can report this good information to credit bureaus? I am trying to rebuild my credit and I think this may be a good way to do so. Thank you.

The Socialist Democrats web page has a core belief in evil corporations being taken over and run by cooperatives. From their web site they say, “Today, corporate executives who answer only to themselves and a few wealthy stockholders make basic economic decisions affecting millions of people. Resources are used to make money for capitalists rather than to meet human needs. We believe that the workers and consumers who are affected by economic institutions should own and control them.Social ownership could take many forms, such as worker-owned cooperatives or publicly owned enterprises managed by workers and consumer representatives. Democratic socialists favor as much decentralization as possible. While the large concentrations of capital in industries such as energy and steel may necessitate some form of state ownership, many consumer-goods industries might be best run as cooperatives.
Democratic socialists have long rejected the belief that the whole economy should be centrally planned. While we believe that democratic planning can shape major social investments like mass transit, housing, and energy, market mechanisms are needed to determine the demand for many consumer goods.

Ive tried wikipedia but it is too vague and technical. If I understand correctly in my own words, a social institution is a set of social conventions based on some value, I dont understand what a social structure is at all but the given definitions seem to be similar to this…

So what exactly is a social structure, a social institution and the difference? Thanks

It seems that post-post-modernism is defined, in part, by youthful skepticism of social, political and economic institutions. But in reality, this skepticism often stems from ignorance of these institutions, their goals and their methods. So rather than actually attempting to understand the institutions, their wholesale rejection under the auspices of “skepticism” has been embraced by many. So is skepticism a suitable substitute for understanding simply because understanding is a much harder thing to achieve?

    a) All political power is based on religion.

    b) Social control is maintained mostly through physical coercion.

    c) Warfare is conducted by professional armies.

    d) Economic, political, and religious activities are often interrelated.

    e) Political institutions are totally separate from economic institution

I know it’s got to do with the Lehman Brothers, something about the credit crunch or the credit bubble bursting, and it sparked off this whole global economic crisis. But the terms are rather alien to me, what exactly happened to cause such a catastrophe?
    Thanks!

I am doing a social studies project in which I have to research a country. I am doing the Czech Republic. We have to research the past and present leaders of that country. The only thing is, I have to pick a leader that has a different economic and government system that existed today. Currently, the Czech Republic has a mixed economy, and is a democracy. Any help would be gladly appriciated!
